How to Create a Booking

In this guide, we will walk you through the process of creating and managing a booking using the Stampede system.
Click on Bookings in the navigation bar.
Select the venue you want to use.
You have two options to create a booking:
Navigate to the Booking screen.
Click on Create Booking.
A pop-up will appear, allowing you to start the process.
Open the Day Planner.
Click on the Create button in the top navigation bar.
A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to select the booking date first.
Select the booking type the customer wants to be part of.
In the Party Size section, select the number of guests.
In the Time section, choose the booking start time.
Enter the customer's details, starting with their name.
While an email address isn't required, it's beneficial to collect one for marketing efforts.
Feel free to include any internal notes, such as tracking birthdays or other team member details.
Stampede will handle the table allocation automatically.
You can adjust this by clicking on the tables if desired.
In the Table Selection modal, click on Continue.
Once all the details are filled in, click on the Create button to create the booking.
When the booking receipt appears, proceed by clicking on Day Planner to view it live in the Day Planner.
Your booking with Stampede is now complete!
